This quick workshop helps individuals focus on the issues affecting their health, and helps to begin the healing process. Learn how positive thought patterns can diminish or eliminate many areas of stress and dysfunction in the body. Allow yourself the time to relax and evaluate what is really bothering you.

Start with an imaginary tour of your world, concentrate on what you want to accomplish in this lifetime, and remind yourself to appreciate what you have already. Receive a seated massage and one-to-one assistance learning to change your reality. Follow through with affirmations, prayer, or choose a mantra to defuse a potential bad situation.

Discover what you need to restore balance and harmony to allow emotional and physical healing to take place. Includes use of movement and breathing exercises.
